Orders & Shipping
All orders ship from our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our current processing/fulfillment time is 2-7 business days for in-stock items. Please be aware that shipping can be delayed during times of high order volume. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Please be aware that shipping can also be delayed due to weather, road, or regional conditions. Items ordered separately cannot be shipped together. Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre-orders to ship. In stock items ordered at the same time as a pre-order item will be shipped together when the pre-order is fulfilled.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware that it may take up to 2 business days for your tracking number to update.
Please be aware that orders that are shipped outside of the US may be subject to additional fees and taxes from the destination country's local government. We have no control over these fees, and it is solely the customer's responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and/or taxes.
NEPHILEM is not responsible for shipping information that was entered incorrectly. If you make a mistake when entering your shipping information, contact us at support@nephilem.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate you. NEPHILEM is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If your order gets returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for any other reason, you may be charged an additional shipping fee.
